Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between your clinic and YAMX LLC for the use of PhysiPlan. By using PhysiPlan, the clinic accepts them.

1. Who we are

PhysiPlan is a product of YAMX LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, built in Jordan. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean YAMX LLC, and "the clinic" means the clinic that holds the PhysiPlan account, including its staff who use it.

2. The service

PhysiPlan is software for running a physiotherapy clinic: appointments, patient records, assessments, plans of care, messaging, payments and related features. It is offered to clinics in Jordan, the Gulf and the region.

3. Accounts

• We set up the clinic's account with the clinic, usually on the demo call.
• The clinic is responsible for its staff accounts: who gets access, which role each person has, and removing access when someone leaves.
• Staff must keep their sign-in details private. The clinic is responsible for activity under its accounts.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• PhysiPlan is a monthly or yearly subscription.
• Prices are quoted to the clinic on the demo call.
• Payment is by bank transfer or CliQ.
• There is no free trial.

5. The clinic's responsibilities for patient data

The clinic is the controller of its patients' data, and we process it on the clinic's behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. The clinic is responsible for:

• collecting patient data lawfully;
• giving patients the notices they are owed and obtaining their consent where it is required;
• the accuracy of what its staff enter;
• notifying its patients if a breach affects them, where required.

6. Clinical use

PhysiPlan is not a medical device and does not replace clinical judgement. Warnings, scores, suggestions and anything produced by AI features are aids for the clinician, who reviews them and makes every clinical decision.

7. Acceptable use

The clinic and its staff must not:

• use PhysiPlan for anything unlawful;
• try to access another clinic's data, or any part of the service they are not allowed to use;
• interfere with or overload the service, or try to get around its security;
• upload harmful code;
• send unwanted or unlawful messages through PhysiPlan's messaging features;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer PhysiPlan.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules to protect the service and other clinics.

8. Availability

We work to keep PhysiPlan available and working well, on a best-effort basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some features depend on outside services, such as WhatsApp, that we do not control.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to the clinic for any claim related to PhysiPlan is limited to the fees the clinic paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the service

• Either the clinic or we may end the subscription by giving notice.
• After the service ends, the clinic has 30 days to export its data.
• We then delete the clinic's data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. We will tell clinics about important changes.
